Man speaking in front of large audience

14:15 – 14:40 To and through retirement – completing the member outcome conundrum

What exactly constitutes a ‘good member outcome’ has been the topic of much debate. Much like beauty, a good outcome will be in the eye of the beholder. Our expert speaker will therefore consider outcomes from the member perspective rather than purely a regulatory one. The journey to and through retirement is increasingly complex. Following the recent reforms, a pension is no longer just a pension. The session will look at how employers and trustees can help members set and monitor their goals and subsequently manage the transition from full-time work to retirement.
